‘Emma, our Speech Therapist, is truly excellent. She spent a lot of time listening to my father - who had had a stroke - and working out what worked best for him as well as what he needed. She spent a long time too writing up exercises that we could do with him at home and was happy to answer any questions we had. She is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, with the right mix of a human and professional approach.’ Melissa
‘Excellent professional speech therapist online, tailored to our needs (post-stroke recovery) and allowing for family member participation in order to best assist with recovery.’ Oliver
Emma works with patients with a broad range of disorders including patients following Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, and clients with Progressive Neurological Conditions such as Huntington’s Disease, Myasthenia Gravis and Multiple Sclerosis.
Emma has extensive experience with dysphasia, dyspraxia, dysphagia and cognitive communication disorders. Emma feels that supporting her clients to become more confident with their communication and use new ways to find their ‘voice’, is a joy and a privilege.
